The Confort Moderne is pleased to present Handle / Poignée by the American artist Liz Magic Laser (New York, 1981), a film made at the Confort Moderne last May featuring six dancers and a floor sculpture in the form of a Venn diagram. 

The film and the sculpture take as their starting point the famous handshakes between presidents Macron and Trump during the latter’s official visit to France and at his inauguration in 2017. The soft décor made using a Venn diagram represents three realms of experience, home, work and politics, as well as the relation of these two public figures with these areas.
